The ESM(e) / VS 30-132 series is specifically designed to meet the demands for continuous 24-hour use and absolute uptime, as required in critical industrial processes. We are pleased to announce a range extension on our FourCore compressors – adding 110 and 132kW fixed and regulated speed units to an already outstanding range.

We are pleased to announce a range extension on our FourCore compressors – adding 110 and 132kW fixed and regulated speed units to an already outstanding range – combining best-in-class compressed air efficiency with a compact and sustainable design.
The new 110 and 132kW units offer outstanding energy efficiency and high flow rates allowing in some cases for smaller compressors to be installed, leading to less kW consumption, less noise, fewer parts, and of course less investment.
The new two-stage units at fixed ESM110/132FC and variable speed VS110-132FC offer up to 13% energy savings and up to 17% higher flow rate compared to the 1-stage machines in our range (ESM110/132e and VS110-132).
The new variants have all the benefits of a two-stage compressor featuring our innovative semi-integrated air end GD10-DS and IE4 electric motor as a standard. Available in both air-cooled and water-cooled models, as well as variable speed and fixed speed options, the compressors are supported by GD’s Protect 10 warranty.

The efficient motor/drive/air-end combination is designed to reduce the specific power, which benefits you in the form of energy cost savings. Additionally, Gardner Denver is using TEFC IP55, high-efficiency motors.
Premium efficiency air end
The high-output compression element with slow rotational speed reduces energy costs. In addition to this, the innovative design of the integrated oil filter and oil regulation valve ensures external hoses are reduced to a minimum, guaranteeing the highest levels of quality and reliability. The semi-integrated airend design with integrated oil filter and oil regulation valve means fewer external components and pipework, taking up less physical space, eliminating the risk of leakage, and easing maintenance.

The VS compressor is an efficient and versatile solution, even for the most demanding industrial applications, and carries all of the Gardner Denver features and benefits associated with reliable, easy-to-use operations and high efficiency.
Integrated heat recovery to save even more energy
The compressors are available with highly efficient heat recovery systems, which can be factory fitted or available as retrofit kits comprising all the necessary pipe-work and fittings.
Optimised cooling system
The radial fan concept represents quiet and efficient operation. Additionally, the peripheral speed means low noise and the power consumption is up to 50% lower than a comparable axial fan. Another advantage is the high residual thrust (stable curve) that allows the use of exhaust ducting with a pressure drop of up to 130 Pa. Also, the oversized aftercoolers used in the ESM / VS 30-132 series ensure optimum cooling and discharge temperature.
