The Ultima oil-free screw air compressor series utilizes high efficiency low/high pressure dry screw airends. Each airend is individually driven by a motor that operates at 97% efficiency. The Ultima provides up to 70% turndown, delivers low off-load power consumption, maintains a 63-69 dBA noise performance and provides superior heat recovery.

The unique design of this all-new compressor range from Gardner Denver utilizes both a low pressure and a high pressure dry screw airend—each airend individually driven by a variable speed, permanent magnet synchronous motor. This configuration offers exceptional efficiency compared to traditional oil-free technology.

Considering that energy consumption is the highest cost in the lifecycle of a compressor, the innovative design of Ultima allows us to deliver top-tier performance and unmatched efficiency. Optimum Heat Recovery and Ultimate Cooling

Ultima uses a closed-loop water cooling system for all major components, with separate circuits for inter and after coolers. This ensures the highest possible heat recovery—approximately 10% more than comparable compressors. Air-cooling is also available.

Where most oil-free airends deteriorate quickly, Ultima uses German-engineered airends with a special coating that protects the compressor for life, maintaining maximum efficiency.
